Recover a forgotten username

Warning A deactivated user no longer receives P2i email notifications.

To recover your username:

The process is commenced from the P2i Supplier/Staff Login page.

  1. Click the Forgotten your password? link.

  2. Click Forgot Username link.

  3. Enter your email address and tick the I'm not a robot box.

  4. Click request username link button.

  5. Click the username recovery link in the email.

    Note The Recover Username screen displays with the username associated with your email address.
